1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Offer

We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders:

  • Orders $150.00 USD and Above: FREE Standard Shipping (applied automatically at checkout).
  • Orders Under $150.00 USD: Standard flat rate shipping from $9.99 – $49.99USD (calculated accurately at checkout based on destination and parcel weight).
  • Expedited / Express Shipping: Available at checkout (via DHL, FedEx, or UPS) for time-sensitive events requiring fast delivery.

2. Order Processing & Production Time

Because many of our exquisite bouquets and royal crowns are handcrafted by our skilled artisans, processing times vary:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 1–5 business days.
  • Handmade & Custom Orders: Require 7–14 business days of artisan production prior to dispatch.

Recommendation: We advise placing your order at least 4–6 weeks before your celebration to allow comfortable time for production and delivery.

Once dispatched from our workshop, estimated carrier transit times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–12 business days (Standard) | 3–5 business days (Express)
  • Mexico: 8–15 business days (Standard) | 4–7 business days (Express)

4. Secure Packaging & Keepsake Protection

We understand the delicate and precious nature of handcrafted bouquets and crystal crowns. Every order is packed in reinforced heavy-duty boxes to ensure your accessories arrive in flawless, celebration-ready condition.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking confirmation email with your carrier link so you can monitor your package journey in real time. you also can contact our support team to help with it.
